About Us

The Polish Connection is a family owned restaurant founded by Marie and Frank Ondish. Our family consists of Marie and Frank, the cooks of the Polish Connection, along with their three children Rich, Shane, and Holly. Marie and Frank are both Plymouth natives who have always been a part of the local community. Besides being active members of the Rotary, Frank and Marie have donated their time and services to numerous organizations. It was through their charitable work that led to the idea of the Polish Connection. After being told numerous times that they should sell pierogis professionally, Frank and Marie decided in 2017 to start the Polish Connection!

Like many beginnings, ours was a humble one. The Polish Connection first started out in what was previously an ice cream stand which allowed for takeout and outside dining only. After we had such a positive response in our first summer open, we decided to take the next step in our journey and move the restaurant into our current location 171 East main street in Plymouth where we could now offer dine in services. We have now also partnered with GrubHub to offer delivery to our customers that need some homemade Polish food delivered right to their home.

Our inspiration for the Polish Connection comes from the very foods that have been a part of our family’s traditions for years. We believe that a family that eats together, stays together. So, come join us at our restaurant to enjoy our Polish foods and become part of the family.
